The service

MarketMiss is an informational website. It shows prices for prediction-market contracts listed on Kalshi and Polymarket, a blended market consensus, and an independently computed fair probability with a public record of how the model has performed. It is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.

MarketMissis not a broker, exchange, betting operator, or investment adviser. It executes no trades, holds no funds, and takes no wagers. Links to Kalshi or Polymarket open the venue's own site, where the venue's terms apply. Probabilities shown here are estimates and may be wrong. Nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy or sell any contract. See the disclaimer.

Accounts

Accounts are identified by email address and accessed through single-use sign-in links. There is no password. Anyone with access to the email inbox has access to the account, so keep that inbox secure. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement where you live. One person per account.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, bulk-download, resell, or redistribute the fair probabilities or other data shown on the site, attempt to bypass the free-tier limits, or interfere with the service. Accounts that do so may be closed.

Payment and cancellation

The market side of every row is free. Early Access is a subscription of $19 per month, billed through Stripe. It renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the month already paid for runs to its end and access continues until then. Prices may change with notice before the next renewal.

Refunds: if you are not satisfied, ask within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. Renewal payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, and cancelling stops the next renewal. Write to support@marketmiss.com with billing questions.

Availability and changes

The service depends on third-party data sources and may be unavailable, delayed, or incomplete. Features, the forecasting method, and the set of tracked contracts may change at any time. Historical forecasts already recorded are not altered.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarketMiss and its operator are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, including trading or betting losses, reliance on any probability or gap shown, or errors and outages in the data. Your sole remedy is to stop using the service and, if subscribed, to cancel.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by cancelling any subscription and writing to support@marketmiss.com; the account and every row referencing it is deleted as described in the privacy policy. MarketMiss may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or discontinue the service with notice. Paid time remaining on a discontinued service is refunded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
